A Decent Proposal: The JHSPH Mental Health Grad Network

Earlier this year, I was approached by a doctoral candidate colleague in the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health (JHSPH) who invited me to coauthor a paper proposing a SPH-wide graduate student network – by students, for students – committed to cataloging, disseminating, and advocating for evidence-based mental health interventions and culture change.  We submitted it for peer review to the nascent SPH journal, The Public Health Chronicle.  To our delight, they accepted it and published it online: Public Health Chronicle Article

You can read the rest of the articles in the issue here:

I’m very excited to work with my colleague, Calliope Holingue, and other students at JHSPH to build this Grad Network in the coming year!
